Returns & Exchanges:

For precious jewelry our policy is 7 day refund. It will take around 10-15 working days for us to return the product to you. Re-Inspection is done prior to refund. On customized jewelry, there is a 25% deduction on the invoice value if returned within 7 days. 75% value is refunded to you. On loose diamonds & solitaires, we do not guarantee a return value but will help you sell them back into the open market and provide 100% of the value to you.

Just as a note, our returns over the last 7 years have been less than 1% since we take a lot of upfront effort to make sure we deliver what our customers like :)
